We dance on bikes 🔥...in the Immersive XPerience 🤷🏽‍♀What to expect?🤷🏾‍♂ 💫Times: Mondays 6am, Wednesdays 5:30am & Thursdays 5:30pm (40 mins High-Intensity Workout) Ever been to a silent party? Vibes, right? Welcome to the silent XPerience, where you wear a set of earphones, your instructor on the mic, playing vibrant, energetic music right to your ears. It's you vs. you, and this "silent" setting helps to reinforce this fact. Creating an amazing tunnel vision vibe with no outside distractions. Allow yourself to get lost in the music while pushing yourself past your comfort zone. Everything is to the tempo, in 8 counts, a whole vibe! In all our classes there are only 2 rules: Rule #1 Don't give up Rule #2 Remember Rule #1 Join us! A pair of headphones has your name on it. We advise arrival of 15 minutes before to receive headphones and any additional assistance with bike setup.
