AbsByDre XPerience 🤷🏽♀What to expect?🤷🏾♂ 💫Times: Sundays 8:30am Every instructor will challenge you to "Find Your Why" encouraging you to use that to push you out of your comfort zone and remember the Hindssight rules: Rule #1 Don't give up Rule #2 Remember Rule #1 Other aspects of class include: 💫 Core 🛡 💫 Cardio 🏃🏽♀🏃🏽♀ 💫 Body Weight 🙋🏽♀🙋🏽♂ 💫 Resistance Training 🏋🏽♀🏋🏾♂ 💫 HIIT 🏋🏽♀🏃🏽♀🏋♀🏃🏾♂ (High Intense Interval Training) Learn the basics of riding on an indoor cycle: setting up your cycle, using the resistance and getting comfortable with moving your body while vibing to the energetic music. Instructors will guide you through all XPerience combinations, assisting you in becoming a more confident rider. This class is best suited for those new in this indoor cycling XPerience journey and those wanting to brush up on XPerience combinations at a slower pace.
