Our monthly Family Games Night is another way for us to live that out — creating a safe, welcoming space where families can simply spend time together, connect, laugh and have some good old-fashioned FUN. Expect team-building games, family challenges, movies, laughter and plenty of friendly competition, with activities designed to get everyone involved — from the little ones to the grown-ups. Dinner is potluck style, so bring a dish, snack or family favourite to add to the table and share. There's no cost attached and no workout required. This isn't about memberships, reps or calories burned. It's simply about creating space for family, community, connection and good vibes. Bring your people. Bring a dish.
