Cancellation/Rescheduling Appointment Policy

Our goal at Hindssight Fitness and Wellness is to provide the highest quality services in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment cancellation/rescheduling policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.

Life happens sometimes so if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment, we require that you let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. This policy ensures that you get your weekly quota of personal training sessions. Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Appointment cancellation/rescheduling policy will be subject to the following fee(s):

Cancellation: There are no fees for cancellation. There are no refunds for cancellation.

Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your personal training time there is no rescheduling fee.

 

Rescheduled sessions are restricted to the current month and are therefore not transferable to the following months.

Please note that clients are encouraged to complete “extra” workout routines that will be accessible at Hindssight Fitness and Wellness studio during opening hours in the case that they fail to attend to their scheduled PT sessions.

No-Show Policy:

A “no-show” is someone who misses a scheduled appointment without canceling or rescheduling 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of the session amount. If a client/group accumulates 3 or more “No-shows”, he, she or the group may be asked to take a one-month hiatus from the fitness studio.

Late Arrival for your Scheduled Appointment:

If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, your appointment time will be reduced by the amount of time you were late to accommodate the next client’s scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy for Group Classes:

Cancellation: There are no fees for cancellation. There are no refunds for cancellation.

Rescheduling: If you reschedule your appointment 24 hours before your group training time there is no rescheduling fee. Rescheduling days are restricted to the current month and are therefore not transferable to the following months.

Rescheduling requires the consensus of all group class members.

If one or more group members are in attendance the class training will commence as scheduled.

How to Cancel/Reschedule Your Appointment

To cancel or reschedule appointments there are several options:

  1. Call or Whatsapp 441.707.0885 or 441.599-0412. This number often goes to voicemail so please allow up to 12 hours for a return call. Please leave a detailed message and a contact number if canceling or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice.

  2. Select a mutually convenient reschedule time by visiting Hindssightfw.com booking page and book your preferred day and time. Reschedule here: https://www.hindssightfw.com/book-online/

  3. Please refer to your confirmation or reminder email. These emails contain an option to Cancel/Reschedule that will take you directly to our appointment calendar for cancellation or rescheduling of your existing appointment. Be advised; if it’s less than 24 hours before your appointment, canceling or rescheduling options will not be available

Force Majeure

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no charges will apply.
